MEET THE

Boss behind the Brand

I'm Nikki Branch — mom of three, autism mom, author, and founder of Women for the Culture. I built a 30K+ community while working full-time and raising my babies. I turned my story into a platform and my platform into a movement.

I'm also the author of Zahir Speaks in Colors, host of Real Talk with Nikki, and a speaker who shows up for women the way I wish someone had shown up for me. With over a decade in media, branding, and community building. I lead with heart, keep it real, and create spaces where women grow and win.

Women for the Culture

30,000+ Women · Founded 2019 · Growing Every Day

Founded in 2019, Women for the Culture was born out of my desire to create something I couldn’t find, a space where women of color could be seen, supported, and celebrated for every version of who they are.

Today we are 30,000+ strong and growing every day. What started as an online platform has grown into a full community and movement amplifying the voices and stories of Black women across industries. From media and entrepreneurship to wellness and motherhood, Women for the Culture highlights women who are leading, creating, and changing the narrative every day.

Zahir Speaks in Colors

Written for every family learning to love a little louder.

Inspired by my son Zahir, who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, this book celebrates neurodiverse children and reminds every family that every child has a voice — even when it sounds or looks a little different.
