MEET THE
Boss behind the Brand
I’m Nikki Branch, a mom of three, author, and founder of Women for the Culture, a multimedia platform amplifying the voices and stories of Black women across industries.
I’m also the author of Zahir Speaks in Colors, a heartfelt children’s book inspired by my son’s journey with autism. Through my work, I aim to create spaces that celebrate women and families who are redefining what balance, purpose, and success look like today.
With over a decade of experience in media, branding, and community building, I’ve collaborated with major names in entertainment and built platforms that champion sisterhood, storytelling, and representation. When I’m not building brands or amplifying women’s voices, I’m behind the mic on Real Talk with Nikki, where raw stories, culture, and success collide.

Women for the Culture
Founded in 2019, Women for the Culture was born out of my desire to create something I couldn’t find, a space where women of color could be seen, supported, and celebrated for every version of who they are.
What started as an online platform has grown into a full community and movement amplifying the voices and stories of Black women across industries. From media and entrepreneurship to wellness and motherhood, Women for the Culture highlights women who are leading, creating, and changing the narrative every day.

Zahir Speaks in Colors
Zahir’s World was born from love, patience, and purpose. Inspired by my son’s journey with autism, this brand celebrates neurodiverse children and reminds families that every child has a voice, even when it sounds or looks a little different. Through my debut children’s book, Zahir Speaks in Colors, and upcoming projects designed to support parents and educators, I’m creating stories that make every child feel seen, valued, and understood.
