MEET THE
Boss behind the Brand
I'm Nikki Branch—founder of Women for the Culture, author of Zahir Speaks in Colors, speaker, and media entrepreneur. I launched Women for the Culture in 2019 while working full-time and raising my family because I believed women deserved more than another social media page; they deserved community, visibility, and real opportunities to connect.
Today, Women for the Culture has grown into a media company and community reaching thousands of women through storytelling, interviews, events, partnerships, and digital experiences. Whether I'm speaking on stage, interviewing founders, or creating spaces where women can grow together, my goal is always the same: help women feel connected to possibility.

From culture and entrepreneurship to wellness, leadership, and entertainment, Women for the Culture celebrates women who are building, creating, and changing what's next.
Zahir Speaks in Colors
Written for every family learning to love a little louder.
Inspired by my son Zahir, who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, this book celebrates neurodiverse children and reminds every family that every child has a voice — even when it sounds or looks a little different.
